My Story
ॐ Sanatan Dharma is our way. I’m Devender, yogi and Shiv bhakt. For me, yoga isn’t just stretching - it’s connecting to your real self. I keep working on my own alignment, always learning. Sometimes I tell students, ‘not bad, need more practice’. We chant together, sweat together, and wish for happiness for all - *sarve bhavantu sukhinah*. If you join our class in Gurgaon, expect tradition and sincerity. Namaste.
My Work
Yoga Classes & Workshops - We teach online and offline in Gurgaon - group sessions, pelvic floor yoga workshop, and Yoga Teacher Training Course.
Traditional Hatha & Ashtanga Vinyasa - Classes follow traditional styles. I focus on hands-on yoga alignment and use props for deeper asana practice.
Serious Practice, Spiritual Touch - We work hard on asanas, get technical, and include Sanskrit chanting for the spiritual side.
