My Story
Hi, I’m Mandeep. Health isn’t just a line for me, it’s my life. Main jeeta hoon apni fitness aur yoga ki philosophy (I live by my fitness and yoga philosophy). Family is everything - you’ll spot them in my photos, always. Spirituality? Big part. Mata Rani ki kripa sada bani rahe (May the Goddess always bless you). Sabr aur balance, bas yahi mantra hai (Patience and balance, that’s my mantra). Thoda celebrate karna bhi zaroori hai, har din, har moment.
My Work
Yoga and Fitness Classes - I offer online group yoga classes, personal training at home, power yoga for weight loss, kids yoga, and meditation. Demo class mil jayegi (demo class available).
Simple, Direct Teaching - Mera style seedha hai (my style is straight). ‘Galat kar rahe ho, thoda sa aage karo!’ but also ‘Shabash!’ Focus is always on correct form.
Holistic Well-being - Yoga for headaches, diet tips, hydration—fitness is a lifestyle. Not just asanas, but daily habits too.
Yoga with Fun - Wobbly warrior pose? No problem. We laugh, stretch, and enjoy. Kids yoga summer camp bhi hai (kids summer camp too).
