Featured Urban Garden Projects & Green Setups
From high-rise balconies to creative stair-well gardens, here is how I turn compact Delhi spaces into lush, living havens.
Even on the 20th floor of a Delhi apartment, creating a green escape is totally possible. I helped design this balcony garden to be a mix of flowering plants and easy-to-manage greens, making the most of the vertical space with hanging and railing planters.
Space kam hai? No problem. I specialize in setting up vertical vegetable gardens using PVC towers. This setup lets you grow multiple plants like onions, spinach, and tomatoes in a single spot, perfect for a balcony kitchen garden.
This is what I call 'kabaad se kamaal'. I created this beautiful hanging planter, or 'jhumar', using over a thousand discarded plastic bottles. It’s a unique, eco-friendly way to add a splash of color and greenery to your garden.
I call this a 'chalta phirta garden'. By fitting planters with wheels, your garden can follow the sun throughout the day. This is a smart solution for balconies that get sunlight in different spots, ensuring your plants are always happy.
This is an example of a complete terrace garden makeover I designed. The goal was to create a peaceful escape with a mix of ornamental plants, a small water feature, and comfortable seating, turning an empty roof into a private heaven.
Imagine stepping out onto your terrace to pick fresh, organic vegetables for your meal. I set up edible gardens like this one, where you can grow your own bok choy, spinach, and other greens, ensuring you eat healthy and fresh.
Don't let any space go to waste. Here, I turned a simple staircase into a lush green carpet with over a thousand indoor plants. This is a great way to add life and purify the air inside your home, even in unconventional spaces.
About Featured
Whether you have a 20th-floor balcony or just a narrow staircase to spare, it is all about finding the right setup to match your space. I do not just place pots; I engineer vertical PVC towers and mobile trolley gardens so your greenery thrives even when square footage is tight.
My work is defined by the challenge of limited space. Living in a city like Delhi means we have to be smarter about where we grow. The setups you see here range from highly functional kitchen gardens to pure aesthetic transformations.
The Art of 'Jugaad' Gardening
Take the hanging chandelier you see in the gallery; it is made entirely from over a thousand recycled plastic bottles. This is the heart of my approach. I look for ways to turn waste into wonder. Whether it is using discarded helmet planters or creating vertical farming towers for fresh vegetables like spinach, tomatoes, and bok choy, the goal is always maximum yield with minimum footprint.
Living Gardens, Not Just Decor
I believe a garden should move with you. That is why I often install heavy-duty wheels on large planters. This allows your plants to track the sunlight as it shifts across your balcony throughout the day. For indoors, I use vertical space on staircases or walls to create 'living carpets' that purify the air and add life to dull corners.
If you are worried about maintenance, do not be. I provide a walkthrough on pruning, natural pest control using neem oil, and soil engineering that ensures your plants survive the harsh Delhi heat and the cold winters. Gardening is a conversation between you and your space, and I am just here to help you start that talk.
