About Aerial Hoop Classes
Aerial Hoop Classes
I teach aerial hoop (lyra) techniques focusing on strength, flexibility, and artistic expression. My classes combine technical skills with creative movement, helping students master poses, transitions, and sequences on the suspended metal hoop.
Unique Aspects
- Emphasis on both technical precision and artistic expression
- Supportive, playful learning environment
- Integration of flexibility training with aerial skills
Ideal For
Beginners to advanced practitioners interested in exploring aerial arts through hoop work. Perfect for those looking to build upper body strength, improve flexibility, and develop grace in movement.
Additional Details
Classes include safety training, conditioning exercises, and opportunities to participate in showcases. I incorporate elements from my diverse aerial background to create comprehensive learning experiences.

My Story
Hey, I’m Dasha. Delhi’s home for now, but honestly, I spend more time upside down than right side up. Started with aerial silks—still my jam—but now it’s rope, hoop, straps, even hair hanging and iron jaw. Some days I’m fighting the hoop, some days I’m just playing around. Nothing’s ever perfect, and I kinda love that. Best part? The people. Watching folks surprise themselves, get strong, find their own groove. Makes it all worth it.
