My Story

Hi, I’m Chef Nitin Sharma and Cuisineo is my passion project. Been cooking up stories and food for 30 years, half of those in 5-star kitchens, India se leke abroad tak (from India to abroad). Maa ki recipes se lekar hotel ki technique tak sab kuch seekha (learnt everything from mom’s recipes to hotel techniques). We show up early, 3-4 hours before, so you chill and enjoy. Reliable catering is our thing. Food isn’t just food—it's experience.
