My Story

I always say, unakku aayiram problem irukkalam, but health problem vara varaikkum than. (You can have a thousand problems, but only till it becomes a health problem.) That’s what changed my life. Fitness, books, music - my world runs on these. I’ve had my own struggles, like the '30 KG FAILED' days, but I keep it real. Mudhal kashtama than irukkum, appuram palagidum. (First it’s tough, then you get used to it.) You ready for some real change? Ungaluku triceps kaatava? Let’s get started.
