My Story
Namaskaram, Delhi! We’re a bunch of certified Isha Hatha Yoga teachers, all trained at the Isha Hatha School with Sadhguru. Our journey? It’s been about sharing ancient yogic tools, not just for fitness but for real wellbeing. We see people craving something deeper. Like Sadhguru says, ‘Hatha yoga isn’t just body bending, it’s about how you live and feel.’ Watching lives shift – a kid’s asthma getting better, someone saying it’s a ‘lifetime experience’ – that’s what keeps us inspired.
My Work
Classical Hatha Yoga Programs - We offer Sadhguru-designed programs in Delhi for ages 7+, like Upa Yoga for joints, Surya Shakti for strength and flexibility, and yoga for kids’ attention.
