Foundation course available in 4-week or 8-week formats, with regular weekly classes scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

My Story
We started BlackBx 'cause we were done watching folks slog through boring workouts, not seeing real change. Here, it’s not just sweat and reps – it’s personal, it’s got a system. People think we’re only for hardcore athletes, but nah, we’ve got beginner stuff and special 'Rebuild & Reset' for anyone over 40. Our best bit? The vibe. Saturday runs at Cubbon Park, wild treadmill challenges, breakfast chats after. We’re a crew, not just a gym.
