My Story

I grew up with cricket in my veins. Now I’m a strength & conditioning coach, but trust me, it’s not been easy. Bohot struggle kiya hai (Struggled a lot) - mind, body, heart, sab kuch (everything). I’m all about the grind, early mornings, cold showers, and coffee. I’m not perfect, just stubborn about the process. Sometimes I take a break for a long drive or family hike. Fitness isn’t just muscles, it’s life itself. Minute by minute, rep by rep, I’m still at it.

Cricket Fitness & Sport-Specific Conditioning - I help athletes train for cricket strength, explosive power drills, speed, and rotational strength.

Movement-Based Training - Aap squat rack pe match nahi khelte (You don’t play on the squat rack). I train you for real game movements.

Science-Driven Methods - CSCS certified, I use sports science. Har cheez ka reason hota hai (Everything has a reason). No random workouts.

Sprint Technique Coaching - Sprinting is a must. It’s the best power builder for athletes, better than most gym stuff.

Mindset & Discipline - Training smart and hard, building consistency and mental strength. I want you to BE AN ATHLETE.
