Kanoon sirf court-kacheri ke liye nahi hota; yeh humari rozana ki zindagi ka hissa hai. Traffic challan se lekar sadak par hone wali pareshaniyon tak, aksar log apne adhikaron ke baare mein nahi jante.
Challan Settlement Process
Jab aapka challan kaat diya jata hai, toh log aksar ghabra kar turant online payment kar dete hain. Agar challan purana hai ya aapko lagta hai ki penalty zyada hai, toh usse contest karne ka rasta hota hai.
- Lok Adalat: Har do-teen mahine mein har court mein Lok Adalat lagti hai. Yahan traffic challan ko negotiate karke penalty 50-60% tak kam karwaya ja sakta hai.
- Regular Court: Agar challan purana ho gaya hai aur notice court mein chala gaya hai, toh hum wahan pesh hokar plea bargaining ke zariye settlement karwate hain.
Sabse badi baat yeh hai ki is process ke liye aapko baar-baar court aane ki zaroorat nahi padti. Advocate ke taur par, main aapki jagah physical presence sambhalta hoon aur court disposal receipt tak ki process puri karta hoon.

Kya aap jante hain ki agar aap kahin traffic mein bure tarike se phanse hain aur wahan koi police wala nahi hai, toh aap kya kar sakte hain? Aap 100 dial karke complain kar sakte hain. Yeh aapka adhikar hai. Kanoon aapko chup baithne ke liye nahi, balki sahi jagah aawaz uthane ke liye empower karta hai.
