Getting caught in legal tangles is stressful, but understanding your rights should not be. I help people across Delhi NCR navigate traffic challans, cheque bounce cases, and money disputes with clear, honest advice.

A common question I get is how to recover money you lent to an ex-partner. In this video, I explain the difference between a gift and a loan, and what proof you need to collect, like bank transfers or chat records. I outline the legal process, starting with a legal notice and moving to a civil recovery suit if needed.

Cheque bounce cases are very common in Delhi NCR. I explain the immediate steps to take if a cheque you received has bounced, including getting the cheque return memo from the bank. This video also covers your rights, the importance of sending a legal notice within 15 days, and how to file a case under section 138 of the NI Act.

Don't pay the full amount for a traffic challan right away. I share practical tips on how to settle challans for a lower amount. If the challan is old, we can negotiate a discount of 50-60% or even more in court or during a Lok Adalat session, which happens every few months.

Here I am outside the Janpad Nyayalaya (District Court) in Ghaziabad. As a practicing advocate, I am here regularly, representing my clients and navigating the legal system on their behalf.

Ever wondered what a day in the life of a lawyer looks like? About Featured

You do not need to memorize a law book to understand your standing. Whether you are dealing with a bounced cheque, an old traffic fine, or recovering money you have lent, the process almost always comes down to having the right documents and following the correct procedure. My goal is to translate these legal steps into simple, actionable actions so you know exactly what to do next without the usual court drama.

The legal system can feel intimidating, but most everyday issues like money recovery or traffic fines have clear, established paths to resolution if you know where to look. I work out of my chamber in the Ghaziabad District Court, helping clients across the Delhi NCR region solve problems that often cause more anxiety than necessary.

How I Help

  • Cheque Bounce Cases: Receiving a bounced cheque is frustrating. I guide you through the process under Section 138 of the NI Act, starting with a formal legal notice to establish the claim. If you have been served a notice, I also help draft replies to protect you from unnecessary litigation.
  • Traffic Challan Settlement: You do not always have to pay the full fine amount. For older challans, I represent clients in Lok Adalat or regular court hearings, where we often negotiate reductions of 50 percent or more. I handle the paperwork and appearances so you do not have to spend your day waiting in court.
  • Money Recovery: Lending money to friends or partners can get messy. I assess your evidence, such as bank transfers and chat records, to determine if your case qualifies for a civil recovery suit. I keep it honest about what is recoverable and what is considered a gift, saving you time and legal fees.

My approach is straightforward. I provide legal counsel in plain Hindi, because I believe you should understand every argument we make on your behalf. If you are stuck in a situation and do not know where to start, reach out for a consultation. We can sit down at my chamber to review your documents and decide the best way forward.
