My Story
Namaste, I’m Karishma, heart behind Kaya Yoga Studio. Yoga, for me, isn’t just a job—it’s how I found my own peace. My journey? Full-on ups and downs, but my guru’s 21-day course changed everything. Self-love, I learnt, is sometimes tough love. My shala’s got that home feel—my students, my pyare log, are family. My Guru drops in sometimes and the whole place lights up. I just want to pass on what I’ve received, guide folks to find their own bliss.
