Intimate Roka & Engagement Decor
Design & Layout
- Theme Curation: Custom mood board creation focusing on elegant themes like pastel florals, ivory drapes, or gold accents.
- Supervision: On-site supervisor to manage setup and handover.
Main Decor Setup
- Backdrop: 10ft x 8ft single-layer truss structure draped in premium Georgette or Satin fabric.
- Floral Styling: Asymmetrical arrangements on the backdrop using roses, carnations, baby's breath, and ferns (mix of fresh and artificial).
- Couple Seating: Premium 2-seater Loveseat or two high-back Victorian chairs with matching cushions.
- Flooring: Carpet or rug provided for the 10x10 ft stage area.
Ambience & Lighting
- Signage: Easel-mounted welcome board with floral bunches.
- Lighting: 6-8 LED Par cans for wash lighting plus fairy light detailing.
- Props: 4-6 brass lanterns or modern geometric candle holders placed near the seating.
Thematic Mehendi & Haldi Decor
Theme & Structures
- Theme Selection: Choice of Boho Muse (Pampas & Pastels), Phoolon ki Haldi (Marigolds), or Moroccan Vibes (Prints).
- Main Backdrop: 12ft wide setup using printed thematic canvas, wooden architectural screens (Jaali), or floral walls.
- Couple Seating: Decorated Swing (Jhula), Peacock chairs, or bright sofa set.
Props & Florals
- Floral Decor: High volume Marigold strings for Haldi or dried florals/pampas for Boho Mehendi. Includes loose petals for floral showers.
