HIIT & Strength Circuits

My classes are more than just punching and kicking; we build real-world strength and conditioning for fighters. These circuits use equipment like battle ropes, dumbbells, and your own bodyweight in high-intensity intervals to maximize fat burn and improve your overall athletic performance.

Boxing & Kickboxing Technique

I focus on teaching you the real skills behind martial arts, not just a cardio workout. From beginner-friendly boxing fundamentals to advanced kickboxing combinations, I provide hands-on coaching to ensure you develop proper form, power, and confidence.
