Directed Couple & Family Entry Sequence
Conceptualization & Direction
- Theme Ideation: Development of a personalized entry theme (e.g., Royal Walk, Funky Baraat, or Emotional Bridal) based on the couple's story.
- Music Production: Professional audio editing service, including song mashing, adding voice overs (e.g., parents' blessings), or inserting sound effects for dramatic impact.
- Walkthrough & Blocking: Strategic planning of the entry path, deciding exactly where to pause for photos, where to spin, and where to greet the family.
Choreography & Rehearsals
- Rehearsal Sessions: 4 to 6 dedicated rehearsal sessions (1.5 to 2 hours each) at the YSDC studio or client's location.
- Squad Training: Choreography for the couple and up to 10 family members or friends (bridesmaids/groomsmen).
- Video Tutorials: Provision of practice videos for out of town family members.
On Site Execution
- Event Director: One senior choreographer present on the event day to manage the entry.
- Technical Cueing: Coordination with the DJ and Light Jockey to ensure the music drops and spotlights hit exactly on the choreographed beats.
- Prop Coordination: Management of simple handheld props provided by the client.

Production & Talent
- Professional Troupe: Inclusion of 6 to 8 highly trained YSDC dancers (Male/Female mix as per concept).
- Costume Styling: Premium thematic costumes for the professional dancers (e.g., traditional royal guards, masquerade ballgowns, or LED lit suits) provided by YSDC.
- Makeup & Hair: Professional grooming and styling for the background dancers.
Creative Scope
- Signature Concept: Execution of complex themes like Phoolon ki Chaadar 2.0, Apsara Welcome, or High Energy Bollywood Squad.
- Prop Integration: Usage of standard performance props (large feathers, fabric veils, traditional diyas, or handheld frames).
- Couple Integration: Choreographing the couple to interact seamlessly with the professional dancers (lifts, spins, and center stage moments).
Logistics & Management
- Rehearsals: 3 to 5 intensive sessions for the couple to learn their interaction parts with the troupe.
- On Site Management: A team of 1 Manager and 1 Lead Choreographer to handle the troupe and cue the entry.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaising with the decor team for entry path clearance and stage readiness.

- Tech Rehearsals: Full dry run on location with lights, sound, and tech crew before the main event.
- Show Director: A dedicated Show Director on the console to call the shots live for music, pyro, and lighting cues.

- I bring in props, sets, and technicals. Think giant floral hearts, laser shows, custom music and lighting. It's all synced to your vibe.
- Final rehearsals go down on site so nothing feels off. I don't do last-minute chaos.

If you want that choreographed varmala ceremony, I go full throttle. Smoke, lights, maybe a sky full of fireworks if that's your thing. It's not about grandeur every time, though. Sometimes, a simple walk with bridesmaids or a heartfelt baraat swagat hits different.
