Aerial Hammock: Strength & Flow

This is where we use the looped fabric to build core strength, improve flexibility, and learn graceful, dance-like sequences. We'll explore everything from supported stretches and inversions to dynamic flows that make you feel like you're flying.

Aerial Silks: Climbs, Wraps & Drops

Using two long fabrics, we learn the fundamentals of climbing, wrapping our bodies, and executing safe, controlled drops. This practice builds incredible upper body and grip strength, starting with beginner-friendly techniques and progressing at your own pace.

Duo & Group Aerials: The Power of Connection

Aerial fitness is even more rewarding when shared. In these sessions, we work with partners or in groups to create synchronized flows, building trust, communication, and a strong sense of community as we support each other in the air.

My Philosophy: Strength from the Inside Out

For me, fitness is not about the scale or a flat stomach; it's about building inner strength, consistency, and a healthy mindset. This is a look into my own training, on and off the silks, and the core beliefs that guide my practice and my teaching.
