I focus on breaking down poses step by step so you can build a safe and strong practice. Here you'll see examples of Vinyasa flows and detailed alignment for foundational movements like deep squats and breath-synchronized sequences.
My Advanced Practice: Strength & Flexibility
My personal practice is a space for exploration, where I work on advanced asanas that require deep flexibility and strength. This includes everything from backbends and splits to arm balances and inversions.
My Story: Healing Through Movement
After my ACL surgery, I had to start from scratch. This journey of crawling, crying, and slowly rebuilding strength through yoga and fitness is the foundation of my teaching and my empathy for every student's struggle.
