I offer sessions tailored to your needs, whether you want focused one-on-one attention or the motivating energy of a group class. I conduct personal training at my studio or your home, and group classes are held at my Rajouri Garden yoga studio.

Yoga for Mothers & Families

I offer specialized yoga to support women through every stage of motherhood. This includes prenatal yoga to ease pregnancy and postnatal yoga for recovery, as well as fun workshops where mothers can introduce their children to the practice.
