This is the first glimpse into my world, where the discipline of yoga meets the joy of traditional food. I have selected these visuals to give you a true feeling of the experiences I offer, from the energy of a yoga session to the satisfaction of a wholesome, home-style meal.
Yoga & Sadhya Experiences
I host half-day events that begin with an Ashtanga Vinyasa or Mysore-style yoga session to connect with the body and breath. Afterwards, we share a traditional plant-based Kerala Sadhya, a complete satvik meal served on a banana leaf.
The Art of South Indian Cooking
For me, cooking is a form of meditation, and I love sharing the food I grew up with. This includes classics like crispy dosa made from fermented batter, and traditional sweets like Unniyappam and Adda that are part of every festival.
Wholesome & Healthy Meals
My food philosophy is about balance, or *aharviharacharvichar*. I prepare simple, nourishing vegetarian meals, from high-protein salads with fresh vegetables to comforting baked rice dishes that are both healthy and delicious.
