The Sadya Experience
I invite you to my home for a traditional Kerala Sadya, a vegetarian feast served on a banana leaf. Each meal is prepared and served by me, using recipes I grew up with, creating a warm and personal dining experience for small groups.
Yoga & Prasadam Workshops
These unique workshops combine my two passions: yoga and food. We begin with a guided yoga session, often an Ashtanga Vinyasa flow, and conclude with a wholesome, satvik Kerala meal to nourish the body and soul.
Kerala Snacks & Sweets
I also prepare traditional Kerala snacks and sweets that I enjoyed in my childhood. This includes savory items like Mini Vadas and sweet dishes like Unniyappam and Ada, often made during festivals or as a special treat.
South Indian Breakfast
I prepare classic South Indian breakfast dishes like Masala Dosa from scratch. This includes grinding and fermenting the batter myself to ensure an authentic taste, served with homemade sambar and chutney.
