My Story
Hi, I’m Anchal and Xtraordinary is honestly my life’s work. Started solo at 23, just me, flour everywhere, learning by burning (sometimes literally). Le Cordon Bleu sharpened my game but trust me, there were big blunders! Now, with a team, when I see us pulling off wild orders and custom birthday cakes, it’s all worth it. Still, every cake’s got a bit of my story inside.
