Women's Fitness & Self-Defense

We have a special batch for women's fitness led by our female coach, focusing on cardio kickboxing, endurance, and practical self-defense. It's about building confidence and functional strength in a comfortable environment.

Training in Action: Personal & Group Sessions

This is where the work happens. I offer both one-on-one personal coaching where I focus on your specific form and goals, and high-energy group classes for functional fitness and conditioning.

Gymnastics & Flexibility Training

Strength is not just about lifting heavy. I also incorporate gymnastics and flexibility drills to build your core strength, improve mobility, and prevent injuries. This training is for all ages, from kids to adults.
