Takedowns & Clinch Control

A fight often starts on the feet, but I teach you how to control the situation and take it to the ground if needed. We drill practical wrestling techniques like the double leg, single leg, and fireman's carry until they become second nature.

Ground Fighting & Submissions

Most street fights end up on the ground, and that's where my training gives you an edge. I teach jiu-jitsu based techniques to control your opponent, get to a dominant position, and finish the fight with submissions like armbars, triangles, and chokes.

Striking & Boxing Basics

This isn't about fancy moves, it's about practical striking to defend yourself. We focus on fundamental boxing skills, from pad and bag work to sparring, so you can handle yourself standing up.

My Fight Journey

I teach what I've tested myself in the cage. These are highlights from my own professional and amateur MMA fights, where every technique is put to the ultimate test.

The Fighter's Mindset

Resilience matters more than muscles. Here, I share my thoughts on the mental side of fighting, the importance of showing up, and why I believe technique and brains always win over brute force.

Strength & Conditioning

My sessions are tough because real situations are tougher. We do a lot of conditioning because your technique is useless if you run out of gas. This is a look at how we build fight-ready fitness.
