Zumba & Bollywood Dance Party

This is where fitness feels like a celebration. I mix high-energy Latin, Bollywood, Arabic, and even folk music to create a workout that’s so much fun, you’ll forget you're exercising. My choreography is old-school, effective, and designed for everyone to follow and enjoy.

HIIT hai to FIT hai: Strength & Cardio

This is where we build real strength and stamina. My High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and functional workouts use battle ropes, agility ladders, step platforms, and bodyweight exercises to push your limits. I focus on correct form to ensure you get a safe, effective, and powerful workout every time.

Fitness For Everyone: Our Community

My classes are a judgment-free zone for real people. You will find fit moms, working professionals, and even people in their 50s and 60s, all proving that age is just a number. We support each other, laugh together, and build a strong community.

My Food Gyaan: Eat Smart, Not Less

I will always tell you the truth about nutrition. My philosophy is not about crash diets or giving up your favorite foods. It's about eating smart, understanding your body, and finding a balance between real, wholesome food and regular exercise.

Yoga & Mindful Cool-downs

Every high-intensity class ends with a proper cool-down to help your body recover and improve flexibility. I use classic Bollywood tracks for our stretching sessions and also conduct dedicated yoga classes for mental peace and physical well-being.

Special Events & Outdoor Sessions

I love taking fitness beyond the four walls of a studio. I regularly conduct large-scale outdoor Zumba sessions, corporate wellness events, and warm-ups for marathons. It’s a great way to bring the community together and share the joy of movement.

Kids Fitness Fun

Fitness is for all ages, and I believe in starting young. My kids' batches are designed to be fun, engaging, and full of energy, helping children develop a love for physical activity from an early age.
