Life in the Gurukulam: An Immersive Experience
The 11-day program is a fully residential experience, free from outside distractions. We live, eat, and train together, incorporating daily yoga, meditation, philosophical discourse, and spiritual rituals to shape the mind and body.
The Guru-Shishya Parampara: The Sacred Bond
Dhanurvidya is not learned from books; it is transmitted from Guru to Shishya (disciple). This sacred relationship, built on respect, devotion, and personalized guidance, is the cornerstone of my teaching philosophy and ensures the authentic preservation of this art.
Ayudha Puja: Reverence for the Art
At the ISODHAN Gurukulam, we honor our tools as extensions of our intent and discipline. The Ayudha Puja is a significant ceremony where we show reverence for our bows, arrows, and swords, acknowledging their sacred role in the practice of Dhanurveda.
Our Graduating Acharyas
Upon successful completion of the intensive 11-day residential program, students are certified as Dhanurvidya Acharyas. They are now equipped not just to practice, but to guide others and preserve this ancient wisdom for future generations.
