This is the first impression of my Gurukulam, a curated glimpse into the spiritual journey of Dhanurvidya. These visuals represent the core of what I teach: the harmony of mind and body, the sacredness of our tradition, the incredible potential within each student, and the inclusivity of this ancient path. This is not just archery; it is a way of life.
The Gurukulam Training Ground
Here, on the sacred ground of the Gurukulam, students of all ages learn the foundational stances and techniques of Dhanurvidya. We practice in groups to build camaraderie and receive individual guidance to perfect our form, whether it is through archery, yoga, or meditation.
The Guru-Shishya Parampara: The Sacred Bond
The bond between a Guru and Shishya is the heart of this ancient learning. I impart not just technique but also the philosophy of a warrior, guiding each disciple personally on their path to self-mastery and dharma.
The Spirit of the Gurukulam: Ritual & Community
Life at our residential retreat is an immersion into the Vedic lifestyle. We honor our tradition through sacred ceremonies, live in harmony with nature, and build a strong community of seekers who support one another on this profound journey.
Mastery in Action: Advanced Archery Skills
Dhanurvidya transcends simple target practice; it is an art of impossible precision, focus, and control. These demonstrations showcase the higher levels of skill, or 'siddhis', that can be attained through dedicated practice and spiritual alignment.
Recognition and Esteem
My work in reviving and promoting the sacred art of Dhanur Vidya has been humbly recognized. I was honored to receive the Spiritual Scientist Award from the Department of Emotional Education at Andhra University for my contributions to preserving this vital part of our cultural heritage.
