Mat Pilates and Core Work
My Mat Pilates sessions are designed to build a strong, stable core and improve your overall body control and flexibility. We often incorporate props like magic circles and resistance bands to isolate and target specific muscles, keeping the workouts both challenging and effective.
Yoga for Pain Relief and Recovery
I create specialized yoga and movement sequences to help manage chronic pain from conditions like sciatica, general back pain, and thyroid imbalances. Our focus is on safe, therapeutic movements that build supportive strength, improve mobility, and empower you in your body's healing process.
