Carnival Theme Haldi & Mehendi Decor
Theme & Backdrop
- Main Backdrop: 10ft x 10ft structure featuring bright yellow/orange draping or carnival-themed printed flex.
- Floral Elements: Durable artificial marigold (Genda) strings mixed with fresh tuberoses or loose petal baskets.
- Overhead Decor: Colorful fabric ribbons or Rajasthani umbrellas suspended from the ceiling or truss.
Props & Photobooths
- Quirky Signage: 3 to 4 customized easel boards or cutouts (e.g., Welcome signs, witty hashtags).
- Photo Corner: Installation of a decorated bicycle, auto-rickshaw cutout, or a swing setup with artificial vines.
- Traditional Elements: Large brass Urlis or painted pots placed strategically near the stage.
Seating & Furniture

Mandap Configuration
- Structure: 10ft x 10ft 4-pillar setup using clear acrylic pillars with internal flowers or fully fabric-draped trusses.
- Floral Header: Heavy floral pasting on top borders using a 70:30 mix of high-grade silk flowers (for volume) and fresh blooms (at eye level).
- Ceiling: Suspended artificial wisteria hangings or distinct fabric pleating to create a canopy effect.
- Backdrop: Layered fabric draping or mesh wall with floral patches optimized for photography.
Aisle & Walkway
- Passage Decor: 6 to 8 decorative pedestals (Roman pillars or metal stands) lining the aisle with matching floral bouquets.
- Flooring: Red or White carpet running from the entrance to the Mandap stage.
Ritual Furniture
