Rope Therapy for Spinal Decompression
I specialize in using the rope wall, an Iyengar yoga method, to create space in the spine and relieve pressure. This technique allows for supported inversions and stretches, making it highly effective for managing back pain and safely improving flexibility.
Guided Adjustments & Partner Practice
My sessions often include direct, hands-on adjustments to ensure proper alignment and help your body learn safe movement patterns. We also use partner work to build trust and explore deeper expressions of postures together.
Breathwork & The Mind-Body Connection
Healing isn't just physical. I integrate breathwork (Pranayama) and mindfulness to calm the nervous system, which is essential for recovery and managing conditions like ADHD, something I have personal experience with.
