Adult Group Fitness: More Masti, Less Routine
Our adult sessions are high-energy fitness parties on the court. We use game-based cardio, team races, and reaction drills to improve your agility and stamina while you have a great time.
Junior Champs: Fun-damentals for Kids
We introduce kids aged 3 and up to tennis through playful drills that build core skills. Our sessions focus on hand-eye coordination, basic movement, and most importantly, developing a love for the game.
Tennis-Specific Conditioning Drills
We focus on drills that directly improve your on-court performance and prevent injuries. These sessions target core strength, flexibility, and explosive movement to keep your momentum fast.
Our Academy & Expertise
Trinity Tennis Academy is led by certified, passionate coaches with top-level experience. Our Head Coach, Mr. Benjamin Xavier, is a former Davis Cup player who has trained with the best in the world.
