This is the first thing potential clients will see. It’s a powerful, curated look into the energy, community, and expertise of my training sessions. Each visual is chosen to capture attention and show the variety and spirit of what we do.
Our Running Squad
We hit the roads and parks of Delhi together on Wednesdays and Sundays. Our sessions focus on everything from agility drills and interval training to building endurance for long-distance runs. This is a community for all levels, whether you are just starting or training for a marathon.
Functional Strength Bootcamp
We use kettlebells, sandbags, TRX, and bodyweight exercises to build strength that helps in everyday life. Our Saturday HIIT and Thursday kettlebell sessions are designed to challenge your core, improve power, and keep workouts exciting. No boring gym routines here.
Mobility, Recovery & Barefoot Training
Staying injury-free is key. Our Tuesday sessions focus on mobility, posture, and strength, while our recovery sessions include yoga, stretching, and foam rolling. I also emphasize barefoot training on grass to build stronger feet and improve your connection to the ground.
All-Weather Warriors
Hot, cold, or raining, we show up. We believe training in real-world conditions builds real grit and mental toughness. Excuses don't get results, but training in the rain definitely does.
The Fit Fam: More Than a Workout
We are a community that sweats together and celebrates together. From post-workout cake to special themed sessions for festivals, the squad is always there to cheer you on. Gur binā giān na upjai, knowledge and strength come from community.
Coach's Corner: Fitness Gyan
I believe in sharing knowledge to empower you on your fitness journey. Here I break down key concepts like the importance of foam rolling for recovery, correct breathing for strength training, and how to train smart for better performance.
Motivation & My Philosophy
A collection of thoughts, mantras, and moments that define my approach to the ULTRA LIFE. Success is not for those who seek excuses. Picture abhi baaki hai.
