Outdoor Training: The Mountain is Our Gym
We don't use fancy machines. We use the mountains, the river, the snow, and whatever we can find, from gas cylinders to tires. This is high-altitude training that builds real, functional strength and stamina.
Boxing: Learn from a Pro
I teach real boxing technique, not just cardio boxercise. You will learn footwork, punches, and defense in sessions held by the river, in the forest, and in our indoor facility. These photos also show my own journey as a professional fighter.
Adventure & Exploration
This isn't just a fitness camp, it's a Manali adventure. We organize guided group treks to places like Jogini Waterfall and Hampta Pass, plus activities like river crossing and camping under the stars.
Mind & Body: Yoga and Recovery
Hard work needs smart recovery. We hold yoga and meditation sessions in the peace of the forest to quiet the mind. We also use natural recovery methods like dips in the freezing river and relaxing in Vashisht's hot springs.

The Vibe: Brotherhood & Fun
We train hard, but we also build a strong team spirit. It's about pushing each other, sharing meals, and having a good time. We include dance fitness sessions like Zumba and Bhangra because fitness should also be fun.
