Women's Self-Defense & Empowerment
I provide practical self-defense classes for women and girls, focusing on techniques that work against bigger, stronger opponents. My training builds not just skill, but the confidence to be fearless in any situation.
The Striking Arts: Boxing & Kickboxing
Learn to strike with power and precision through a mix of Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai. We focus on proper form, footwork, and combinations through intense pad work, bag drills, and controlled sparring.
The Ground Game: BJJ & Judo
Master the art of ground fighting with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo techniques. I teach beginners the fundamental positions, locks, and chokes needed to control an opponent on the ground, a crucial skill for both MMA and self-defense.
Karate: Foundation of Discipline
We build a strong foundation with traditional Karate, focusing on discipline, form, and respect. Students learn stances, blocks, punches, and kicks that are essential for any martial artist.
