I focus on high-intensity kickboxing and Muay Thai pad work to teach you powerful combinations, improve your agility, and shred fat faster than any treadmill. You will learn everything from basic kicks to advanced striking techniques.
Boxing Fundamentals & Sparring
Learn to throw a real punch. My boxing classes cover everything from the basic jab and cross to complex footwork and defensive head movement. We drill combinations on pads and heavy bags, and for those ready, we engage in controlled sparring to apply what you've learned.
Functional Strength & Conditioning
This is not your typical gym workout. I use functional, real-world exercises like tire flips, Gada (mace) swings, battle ropes, and intense bodyweight circuits to build raw, usable power. This is how you get strong for a fight, for your health, and for life.
Kids Martial Arts: Building Future Champions
I teach children more than just how to punch and kick; I teach them discipline, respect, and confidence. My kids' classes combine techniques from Karate, MMA, and gymnastics in a fun, safe, and structured environment. I am building the next generation of strong, focused individuals.
