Corporate Wellness in Action

Practical Wellness for the Workplace

My approach to wellness is not about fancy poses but about real, doable changes that fit into a busy life. These videos demonstrate simple breathing exercises (pranayama) and gentle asanas that anyone can do, even at their office desk, to improve health and well-being.

Community Outreach & Seva

My mission is to make wellness accessible to all, which is my seva (service). This includes our "Annam Brahma" initiative, which provides free, wholesome meals to the underprivileged, and our monthly "Yoga by the Bay" public sessions that bring the community together.
