Turnkey Corporate Sports Day (100 Pax)
Logistics & Venue
- Venue Rental: Exclusive access to a TSG managed or partner sports arena (Standard Turf or Multi-purpose ground) for 6 to 8 hours.
- Infrastructure: Usage of cricket pitches (box cricket setup), football goals, and demarcated zones for badminton or pickleball.
- Audio & Safety: Basic PA system with 2 microphones and sound operator; on-site First Aid station with qualified paramedic.
Sports Management
- Manpower: 1 Senior Event Manager, 4 to 5 Uniformed Referees certified for fair play, and 4 Ground Coordinators.
- Game Formats: Structuring of fixtures and scoring for 4 to 5 sports (e.g., Box Cricket, Futsal, Tug of War, Relay Races).
- Equipment: Hard tennis balls, Kashmir willow bats, plastic stumps, Size 5 footballs, and 4 sets of washed polyester bibs.
Rewards & Branding
- Awards: 1 Winner Trophy, 1 Runner-up Trophy, and approximately 30 metal alloy medals for individual winners.
- Branding & Photo: 2 Standees with client logo, photo backdrop zone, and 1 photographer providing raw digital dumps.
2-Day Professional Corporate League (8 Teams)
Tournament Operations
- Format: End-to-end fixture management for League plus Knockout format ensuring minimum 3 matches per team.
- Venue: Booking and management of 2 Turf Courts for 2 full days (approx. 16 hours operational time).
- Officiating: 4 Professional State or District level Umpires to ensure strict adherence to rules.
- Equipment: New match balls (Heavy Tennis or FIFA approved Futsal) replaced strictly per match or innings.
Tech & Media
- Scoring: Digital scoring setup (e.g., CricHeroes) with 2 dedicated scorers updating ball-by-ball data.
- Broadcast: Single-camera HD live stream to YouTube for semi-finals and finals.
- Content: Post-match social media graphics including Player of the Match and highlights.

- Player Care: Unlimited water and glucose; on-field physiotherapist for pain relief and cramp management.

- Syllabus: NEP 2020 aligned L2F curriculum from Kindergarten to Grade 10 focusing on gross motor skills and game sense.
- Manpower: Qualified coaches stationed at school premises for the academic year (approx. 1:30 ratio).
- Oversight: Term-wise workshops or visits by senior specialized coaches.
Equipment & Props
- Prop Kit: Usage of specialized gear distinct from standard school equipment (soft balls, agility ladders, parachutes).
- Maintenance: Regular safety checks and replenishment of the provided sports inventory.

- Fitness Testing: Two physical fitness assessments per year per student (BMI, flexibility, endurance).

My Story
We’re Jay and Paresh, founders of The Sports Gurukul. People call us the Jay & Veeru of grassroots sports, and that’s kinda funny, but true. We started this outta pure friendship and a wish to get kids off screens and back into the game. Over 20 years, we’ve seen shy kids dive into temperature-controlled swimming pools, teams win their first match, and built sports hubs across India. It’s not just about winning - it’s about growing together, one player at a time.
