We brought Pilates to Noida with a lot of josh (energy)! As part of The Pilates Studio, started by Namrata Purohit, we're all about making fitness a habit, not a chore. For us, Pilates is not just about sweating it out, it's about feeling good inside and out. Joseph Pilates' method changed lives in the past—still does.
