Dynamic Reformer Workouts

My reformer classes are designed to be a full-body workout, using spring resistance to build long, lean muscles and improve posture. We cover everything from fundamental movements for beginners to complex sequences for advanced clients.

Full-Studio Circuits

To keep things interesting, I incorporate a variety of equipment into our sessions. Here you'll see workouts using the Stability Chair, BOSU ball, and other gear to challenge your balance, stability, and strength in new ways.

Pilates for Everyone

I believe Pilates is for every body, regardless of age, gender, or fitness level. Here you'll see some of my male clients, families, and athletes who use Pilates to build core strength, prevent injury, and gain a competitive edge.
