Striking & Pad Work

This is where you learn to use your hands, feet, elbows, and knees. I teach practical striking techniques from Kickboxing, Boxing, and MMA through drills on focus mitts, heavy bags, and kick shields. You will learn everything from basic jabs and crosses to complex combinations and defensive movements.

Ground Game & Grappling

Most real fights end up on the ground. I teach you how to control the fight when it goes there, using techniques from Wrestling and MMA. You will learn takedowns, how to escape pins and holds, and how to control an opponent on the mat.

Strength, Core & Conditioning

Fighting fitness is different. It's not just about looking good; it's about being able to perform under pressure. My training includes functional strength work, high intensity cardio, and core exercises to build a body that's truly ready for anything.

Women's Self-Defense

I am committed to creating a safe and empowering space for women. Here, you will learn practical, real world self defense techniques in a supportive environment. We focus on building confidence, strength, and the skills to protect yourself.

Kids & Teens Training

I believe in starting young to build discipline, confidence, and respect that lasts a lifetime. My classes for kids and teens are designed to be engaging while teaching them real martial arts skills. They will learn self defense in a safe and structured environment.
