Height doesn't matter, fight does. Here we focus on wrestling, takedowns, and clinch control to dominate the fight on the ground. We drill submissions, escapes, and all essential mat work.
Strength & Conditioning for Fighters
A fighter's engine is built with real power, not just technique. I use a mix of barbell lifts, tire flips, and high-intensity combat fitness drills to build explosive strength and unstoppable cardio. No shortcuts, no steroids.
Women's MMA & Self-Defense
I want more girls to train and get tough. This is not a hobby class; it's about building real strength, confidence, and practical self-defense skills in a supportive but challenging environment. No excuses, just effort.
Young Warriors: Kids & Youth MMA
I train kids to build discipline, respect, and confidence, not just fighting skills. My program focuses on building a strong foundation and a fighter's mindset from a young age. Attitude matters more than age.
