Striking Drills: Pad & Bag Work
This is where we build your weapons. I provide one-on-one pad work to sharpen your punches, kicks, elbows, and knees, correcting your form for maximum power and speed. We cover everything from basic boxing combinations to advanced Muay Thai and kickboxing drills.
Grappling & Ground Game
Fighting doesn't always stay on the feet. I teach essential takedowns, submission techniques, and ground control based on wrestling and No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu. You will learn how to control your opponent on the mat and finish the fight.
Pro-Fighter Conditioning
A fighter's greatest weapon is their gas tank. Our conditioning is not for the faint of heart; we use weights, tires, and intense bodyweight circuits to build explosive power and unbreakable endurance. This is how you ensure you are stronger in the final round than in the first.

The Team & The Akhada
We are more than a gym; we are a team, an 'akhada'. We train together, we push each other, and we win together. This is our home ground in Tagore Garden, Delhi, fully equipped with a ring, mats, and everything a fighter needs to grind.
