My Story
We’re The Balloon Cartel, and honestly, we just love a good party! Nothing beats that moment when folks walk in and go, 'Whoa, this is unreal.' Started with a dream to do more than just stick some balloons around - we wanted to create actual experiences. Whether it’s a Parisian baby shower, a wild jungle birthday, or a divine Ganpati setup, we pour our hearts into every detail. Mumbai’s where we make magic happen, one celebration at a time.
