This is where fitness meets fun! My high-energy dance fitness classes feel more like a party than a workout. We use popular Bollywood and commercial tracks to create routines that are easy to follow and incredibly effective for burning calories.

Cardio & Strength Workouts

Get your heart rate up and build functional strength with our classic cardio and conditioning sessions. I offer a mix of workouts including stepper aerobics for endurance and bodyweight exercises like push-ups for core and upper body strength.

Yoga for Flexibility

Slow down, stretch, and improve your mobility in my yoga sessions. These classes focus on foundational poses and deep stretches to increase flexibility and release tension. We have dedicated morning batches perfect for starting your day with intention.

Dance Projects & Choreography

Beyond fitness classes, I also work on special dance choreography projects and videos. This is a glimpse into some of the creative work and performances we produce for our YouTube channel and other platforms.
