Competition Sparring (Kyorugi)
This is where we prepare for the real thing. I train students in full-contact sparring sessions with complete protective gear, simulating the pressure of a real competition to build their fighting spirit and tactical skills.
Kicking Drills & Techniques
Power and precision come from practice. We drill fundamental and advanced kicks like the Dollyeo Chagi (roundhouse), Ap Chagi (front kick), and complex spinning kicks until they become second nature.
Poomsae (Forms) Practice
Poomsae is the soul of Taekwondo, teaching balance, focus, and the flow of movement. I coach students on the strict technical details of each form, which is essential for both belt grading and poomsae competitions.
Strength & Conditioning
A true fighter is built with strength and stamina. Our training includes intense conditioning drills like wall sits, hurdle jumps, push-ups, and flexibility exercises to build a powerful, injury-resistant body.
Our Champions: Medals & Achievements
The results speak for themselves. I am incredibly proud of my students who compete at district, state, and national levels, bringing home medals and making their mark. This is what dedication looks like.
