We design homes that serve as quiet retreats from the bustling city. Our focus is on creating comfortable, layered spaces that feel both luxurious and deeply personal, using open plans, natural light, and a palette of honest materials to craft a backdrop for life's moments. This collection includes a variety of our apartment and penthouse interiors, from sea-facing living rooms in Mumbai to tranquil bedrooms in Gurgaon.

Workspaces Reimagined

We design corporate and commercial spaces that are minimal yet comfortable, fostering teamwork and reflecting a company's unique culture. Our approach avoids sterile environments, instead using an honest material palette of wood, concrete, and brick to create offices that feel grounded and inspiring. This collection includes our own studio, retail spaces, and offices for venture capital and investment firms.

Adaptive Reuse: The Story of The Loft

Our own studio is a living example of our passion for adaptive reuse. Located in a century-old Victorian building in South Bombay, we peeled back layers of plaster and false ceilings to reveal the space's original character. This cluster tells the story of The Loft's transformation, from a dilapidated state to a thriving, open-plan design studio that respects its heritage while serving our modern needs.

Villas & Retreats

We design villas and holiday homes that connect city-dwelling families with nature. These projects, like The Mango House in Alibag and the 5 Element House near Pavna Lake, are organic in both spirit and content. We use local materials and climate-responsive design to create spaces that blend seamlessly with their lush, natural surroundings, offering a true escape from urban life.
