Project Spotlight: Kolgaon Community

For this coastal town development in Alibaug, we designed a low-rise, high-density community to counter suburban sprawl. The masterplan is a three-dimensional patchwork of private homes and shared social spaces, creating intimate neighborhood clusters woven together by green pathways and communal courtyards.

Harmony with the Land: Hillside & Coastal Designs

We embrace challenging topographies, using the natural contours of a site to inform our designs. Our hillside masterplans feature structures that cascade down slopes, minimizing excavation and maximizing views, creating a dynamic architecture that feels born from the land itself.

The Urban Nest: Mixed-Use & Modular Living

In dense urban settings, we focus on creating self-contained worlds. This project in Panjim transforms a standard plot into a mixed-use building with modular apartments, shared amenities, and a public cafe, all nested within a framework of vertical courtyards for privacy and passive cooling.

Crafting Unique Homes: Villa & Pavilion Concepts

Our masterplans are composed of thoughtfully designed homes that respond to their specific environment. We develop unique typologies, from pavilions that dissolve into paddy fields to earthy villas with soft edges that blend into the tropical Goan landscape.
