Our Internship: Real Projects, Real Impact
Our internships are an immersive experience, not a coffee-run. You will get your hands dirty with on-site research, documentation, and collaborative design, contributing to live heritage conservation and adaptive reuse projects from day one. We welcome multidisciplinary professionals and value curiosity and sincerity above all else.
Jugaadopolis Workshops: Co-creating the Future of Heritage
We believe in learning by doing, a philosophy embodied by our Jugaadopolis initiative. Our workshops use interactive games, site visits, and brainstorming sessions to tackle real-world challenges in adaptive reuse, urban regeneration, and museum design. These sessions are open to students, professionals, and community groups, fostering a spirit of co-creation.
The Restoration Toolbox: DIY Guides for Heritage Conservation
We have developed a series of practical guides and digital tools to demystify the process of restoration for everyone. Through our pro-bono Restoration Clinic, we also provide hands-on guidance, empowering homeowners and communities to save their everyday heritage by localizing solutions and sharing knowledge.
From Theory to Practice: Project Case Studies

This is a look at some of the adaptive reuse and conservation projects that serve as live case studies and learning grounds for our workshops and internships. These projects demonstrate our commitment to innovative structural design, placemaking, and giving heritage buildings a new lease of life.
