Grassroots Mission: Nurturing Talent Everywhere

Our goal is to make squash accessible and create champions from all corners of India. This includes our Grassroots Development Camp in Janglia Gaon, Uttarakhand, and our Excellence Program for underprivileged players, providing them with coaching, equipment, and a path to a professional career.

The 'Total Squash' Training System

Our 'Total Squash' philosophy focuses on every aspect of a player's development. This includes on-court drills, specialized fitness and agility training, strength and conditioning, and match analysis to build well-rounded, mentally tough athletes.

Starting Strong: The Beginners Program

We believe in starting young and building a love for the game. Our beginners program for kids aged 6-9 focuses on teaching the fundamentals of squash through fun drills and games in small group classes, ensuring a strong foundation for future champions.
