• Floral Touch: Fresh rose petal pathway (approx. 500g) leading to the main surprise area or arranged in a heart shape on the bed.
• Lighting: Inclusion of 2-3 LED fairy light strings (warm white) or battery-operated LED candles to create a dim, romantic mood.
• Ribbons: Hanging ribbons from ceiling balloons (if ceiling texture allows tape adhesion) or tied to balloon bunches.

Execution

• Setup Time: approx. 45 - 90 minutes.
• Location: Service available for Home Bedrooms or Hotel Suites (Client must ensure hotel permission).
• Cleanup: Quick dismantling instructions provided, but disposal is usually client's responsibility for room decor.

Floral & Drapery

• Background: 8ft x 8ft backdrop stand draped in bright Yellow/Orange satin or geotextile fabric.
• Hangings: Dense arrangement of Artificial Marigold (Genda) strings interspersed with artificial jasmine buds or bells.
• Floor Art: Circular floral rangoli design made using approx. 2-3 kg of fresh marigold petals and green foliage.

Props & Furniture

• Centerpiece: 1 or 2 large brass/gold-painted Urli bowls for water and petals.
• Seating: A decorated low-seating stool or a 2-seater sofa (if available at venue) covered with a bright throw.
• Accents: Usage of traditional props like Rajasthani umbrellas, colorful cushions, or "Haldi" foil balloons.

Tech & Specs

• Lighting: 2 LED Par cans to illuminate the backdrop (essential for evening functions).
• Space Required: Minimum 10ft x 10ft clear area required for setup.

Backdrop & Stage

• Structure: 6x6 ft to 8x8 ft backdrop setup using a Ring Arch (Circular) or Rectangular heavy-duty frame wrapped in themed flex or fabric drapes (polyester/satin).
• Balloon Garland: High-density balloon arch (approx. 300-400 balloons) in theme colors (e.g., Black/Red/Yellow for Mickey, Pastel Pink/Blue for Baby Shower).
• Signage: LED Neon signage ("Happy Birthday", "Oh Baby", or "Better Together") or LED Marquee Number (single digit, e.g., '1', '2', '5').

Props & Detailing

• Character Cutouts: 2 to 3 large foam-board cutouts matching the theme (Mickey Mouse, Boss Baby, etc.) standing approx 3-4ft tall.
• Cake Display: One cylinder pedestal or a small table with matching table cover/skirt for cake cutting.
• Flooring: Basic carpet or rug (6x4 ft) placed in front of the backdrop for photos.

Logistics

• Manpower: Team of 2 decorators.
• Duration: Setup completion 2-3 hours prior to event.

Stage Decoration (10ft to 20ft Width)

• Backdrop: Dual-layer draping with white sheer curtains and fairy light strings (Series lights) creating a "starry night" or "soft glow" effect.
• Floral Arch/Header: Rich arrangement of Artificial premium flowers (Roses, Hydrangeas, Orchids) running along the top border or side pillars of the stage backdrop. Note: Fresh flowers are usually not included in this budget range except for minor detailing.
• Flooring: Full stage carpeting using Red, Grey, or Printed floral carpets (as seen in portfolio images).

Furniture & Entrance

• Couples Seating: Premium 2-seater "Maharaja" style sofa or Victorian couch in Gold/White or Silver finish.
• Side Props: tall vases with artificial bouquets or Roman pillars.
• Entrance Gate: Matching floral box arch or draped entry gate decoration (8x8 ft).

Lighting & Effects

• Stage Lighting: 4 to 8 LED Par Cans (Warm White/RGB) for backdrop illumination and face light.
• Effect: Includes a basic fog machine or cold pyro shot (2 units) for the couple's entry or cake cutting moment.
