Scope of Work
- Duration: Full-day shoot (approx. 8 hours) at Whitelight Studioz, Khar West.
- Photography: 20-25 high-resolution, color-corrected images suitable for social media grid (lifestyle or flat lay).
- Videography: Creation of 3-4 short-form video assets (Reels/TikToks) including shooting and editing (music sync, transitions).
- Sets: Usage of 2-3 distinct corners/setups within the Whitelight Studio (e.g., white fireplace, textured walls, or lifestyle furniture).
Team and Production
- Photographer: Shot by Shruti Tejwani or Senior Associate Photographer.
- Equipment: Standard commercial lighting setup (Softboxes, Diffusers) for glossy commercial looks.
- Styling Assistance: Basic on-set arrangement and steaming. (Note: Does not include a dedicated fashion stylist or models).
Post-Production
- Edits: Standard color grading and light retouching for skin (removing temporary blemishes).
- Turnaround: Digital delivery within 7-10 working days.

Scope of Work
- Concept: Pre-shoot consultation for mood board and lighting design.
- Volume: Shooting up to 12 distinct looks (Fashion) or 15 Jewelry sets.
- Deliverables: 15 High-End Retouched images (Magazine quality skin texture retention, diamond sparkle enhancement).

- Creative Director: On-set direction by Shruti Tejwani.
- Professional Makeup and Hair: Senior makeup artist included for the entire shoot duration plus touch-ups.
- Fashion Stylist: Dedicated stylist included to handle draping, accessorizing, and garment management.
- Studio Access: Exclusive access to Whitelight Studioz private floors.
Technical Details
- Lighting: Advanced setups specific to reflective surfaces (jewelry) or fabric textures.
- Post-Production: Deep etching (background removal) or lifestyle retouching with usage rights for Print and Digital advertising.
- Note: Model costs are billed at actuals or arranged by the client.
Large-Scale Brand Campaign and TVC
Production Scale
- Type: Large-scale commercial shoot (Outdoor location or elaborate Studio Set build).
- Crew: Full unit production of 10-15 people including Director (Shruti Tejwani), Cinematographer (DOP), Focus Pullers, Gaffers, and Art Director.
- Concept: End-to-end execution of campaign concept including visual storyboarding and scripting.
Deliverables
- Video: 1 Main Brand Film (60 sec TVC quality) plus 3-4 Cutdowns (15 sec) for social ads filmed in 4K Cinema quality.
- Stills: 10-12 Hero images suitable for Hoardings, Billboards, and Print Ads.
- Talent Handling: Logistics management for celebrity talent (Vanity vans, security). Note: Celebrity fees are not included.
Post-Production and Rights
- Video Post: Professional editing, Color Grading (DI), and Sound Design/Mixing.
- Retouching: High-end beauty and composite retouching for key visuals.
- Usage Rights: Full Commercial Buyout rights for all media (Print, TV, Digital) globally.
